The One Million Black Businesses (1MBB) initiative is a national program led by Operation HOPE to help create, grow, and sustain one million Black-owned businesses in the United States by the year 2030.
Launched in partnership with Shopify and dozens of corporate and community partners, the program aims to close longstanding economic gaps by expanding entrepreneurship opportunities in Black communities.

The company specializes in business development, nonprofit support, event planning, and community engagement. With a strong commitment to underserved communities, LaFavor, Etc. works to expand economic opportunities and strengthen local networks.

The Family Gwinnett’s Christmas Toy Drive is an annual community outreach initiative that brings hope, joy, and dignity to underserved families throughout Gwinnett County during the holiday season.
This year, our efforts are focused on children living in extended stay motels, transitional housing, and low-income households. These children often face difficult circumstances, and the holiday season can be especially challenging. Our goal is to brighten their Christmas by providing 6 to 10 new, age-appropriate toys, books, puzzles, and stocking stuffers for every child we serve.
The Family Gwinnett Annual Black History Program honors the resilience, leadership, and contributions of Black female leaders in Gwinnett County. Each year, we spotlight women who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to community, innovation in their fields, and an unwavering dedication to uplifting others.
