Mentors

At The Family Gwinnett, a mentor is more than an advisor — they are a committed community builder who helps individuals and families grow, succeed, and create lasting stability.

A Family Gwinnett Mentor is a trusted volunteer leader who guides youth, entrepreneurs, and families by providing encouragement, practical knowledge, life skills, and access to opportunities that promote economic empowerment, personal development, and community success.

We all have come together to form The Family. Our leader Ann LaFavor help each one of us with marketing our business at networking events. She has been featured as Ambassador of The Year, Gwinnett Edge Magazine and Small Business of the Month.
